Description

RFG Advisory is seeking motivated and dedicated Associate/Junior Financial Advisors to join our team in St. Louis. This role involves working closely with an established Senior Advisor to service an existing book of business while also focusing on prospecting and developing next-generation leads. The goal is for the Junior Advisor to learn and develop under the guidance of the Senior Advisor, with the potential for succession planning in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Advisor in servicing the existing book of business, including client meetings, portfolio reviews, and financial planning.Develop new business through prospecting and cultivating next-generation leads.Support financial planning efforts using tools such as MoneyGuidePro or eMoney.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Salesforce and manage portfolio data in Orion.Collaborate with Fidelity and Schwab for account management and client service needs.Participate in client meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.Provide clients with timely and accurate information and guidance regarding their financial plans and investment portfolios.Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through professional development and training.Company Overview:

Requirements

Qualifications

Series 65 license required.3-5 years of experience in a financial servicing role, with a small book of business preferred.Desire to become a full-fledged Financial Advisor.Some financial planning experience required; proficiency with MoneyGuidePro or eMoney preferred.Experience with Salesforce, Orion, Fidelity, and Schwab is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of integrity and professionalism.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
