Description:Nazareth Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to work pool/per diem in multiple levels of care (acute care, TCU, ARU, and/or outpatient). Weekend availability required; weekday availability also preferred.Performs evaluations and implements treatment in all levels of care (acute, TCU, acute rehab, and/or outpatient). Delivers care in accordance with patient practice guidelines upon physician referral and under the supervision of the Senior Therapist/Team Lead Therapist. Adheres to all hospital and department policies including, but not limited to, infection control, performance improvement, billing procedures and scheduling. Assists in the supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants, students, aides and volunteers.
Weekend availability required; weekday availability also preferred.
Minimum two weekend shifts per month and two holidays per year required.
