Entry Level SMT Operator

VadaTech Inc. is currently hiring for the position of

Entry Level SMT Operator . As an Entry Level SMT Operator, you will become responsible for operating and maintaining SMT machines, performing quality inspections, and ensuring efficient production of electronic components.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate SMT machines, including pick and place machines, solder paste screen printers, and reflow ovensLoad components and solder paste onto SMT machinesMonitor the production process and make adjustments as neededPerform regular quality checks to ensure product complianceAssist with troubleshooting and resolving production issuesRequirements

Minimum of 6 months of experience operating SMT machines or similar machines in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of component types and packaging (e.g. BGA, SOICS, RES/CAP packages) helpfulExperience with IPC Workmanship StandardsAbility to interpret engineering drawings and documentationStrong attention to detail and quality orientationGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBenefits
