Maintains good working relationships with other team members and other hospital departmentsShows competent functional, technical knowledge and skills to effectively perform decontaminationShows competent functional, technical knowledge and skills to effectively perform Instruments prep.Shows competent functional, technical knowledge and skills to effectively perform all forms of SterilizationAdheres to standards of practice, policy and procedure to ensure patient safetyDemonstrates an awareness of cost containment and endeavors to conserve where possibleCo-ordinates instrument needs departmentally or from outside vendors. Supervise staff schedules and activities. Present leadership/management and unit organizationWhat qualifications you will need:Vocational School Graduate3 to 5 years Supervisory Experience.Registered Central Service Technician, Certified Central Service Management.
