Williams Lea is hiring for a Presentations Associate, Sr. for our New York City office to work Monday to Thursday 10:00 pm to 8:00 am!

$33.00/hour

Responsibilities include PowerPoint presentation creation, extensive graphing and charting in Excel, and general desktop publishing duties.
Job duties

Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.Utilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all presentation workThoroughly assess job request and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout task lifecyclePerform work in presentation design, including, but not limited to creating pitch books and materials, creating, editing, and error correcting multiple document types to support the client's brand; intake and workflow coordination functions, as neededUse established procedures, standards and formats to edit, proof, create, or otherwise complete presentation requests to client satisfactionDemonstrate proficiency in using equipment/technology/software and hardware necessary to perform job functionsCommunicate with team members, lead, supervisor or client on job or deadline concernsMeet contracted deadlines for service delivery to our clientsTroubleshoot basic software or hardware problemsHelp to foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the clientPerform Quality Assurance on own work and/or work of others, as requestedAdhere to Williams Lea policies, in addition to client policiesHandle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum two years' experience in a presentation production environment.Expert level knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint and charting in Excel. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and IllustratorAttention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aestheticsTyping skills of at least 55 wpm with a high level of accuracy.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.
