Technical Project Coordinator

TeamSoft IT Solutions client is looking for a contract Technical Project Coordinator. This position is remote.Technical Project Coordinator Job Summary:You will manage the setup, relocation, decommissioning, and modification of approximately 300 physical sites across the United States. This role involves overseeing site moves, adds, and changes, and ensuring all IT infrastructure and security requirements are met.Coordinate all aspects of site transitions, including leasing new locations, coordinating construction setups, and installing low voltage cabling.Manage and oversee the procurement and setup of infrastructure components, such as network equipment, routers, firewalls, and computer rooms.Secure and manage build contracts, scheduling teams to deploy racks, systems, and other necessary hardware.Ensure smooth transition and operational readiness of new sites by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status dashboards for all site-related projects.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.Monitor and report on progress, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.Technical Project Coordinator Qualifications:Proven experience in managing location moves and setups, preferably in a technical environment (e.g., office relocations, new site setups).Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, routers, firewalls, and security protocols.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams.Comfortable managing a dynamic schedule with variable project timelines (e.g., 2 projects per week or several weeks between changes).Why TeamSoft IT Solutions?Medical, Dental, Vision & 401k availablePTO ProgramReferral bonus programTeamSoft is a nationwide staffing solutions firm founded by four IT professionals.
