This role involves ensuring data integrity, generating reports, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities, and work closely with the HR team and other departments to enhance the functionality and usage of our HR systems.Primary Location:

this role is based in our headquarter Morristown, NJ and required to be onsite minimum 2-3 days a week.Function:

Human ResourcesWhat you will do:HR Analytics/Reporting:Serve as the primary contact for analytical support/Workday reporting to Corporate, division management and HRBPs on producing various HR statistics across all HR functions, design, develop and analyze HR data, identify trends and implement optimization to most effectively support strategic decision-making purposes.Responsible for preparing C&F required reporting needs including quarterly and annual reporting, such as: EEO-1, CA Pay reports, Fairfax reports, quarterly trends reporting, etc. ensuring reports are delivered in a timely manner and C&F stays in full compliant with the related regulation requirements.Develop and maintain standard & custom reports and dashboard per business requests using Workday Report Writer, Discovery Boards, Excel/Access, or other tools; Design tools, templates, and visualization to maximize reporting automation.Perform on-going data audit and validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness, troubleshoot irregularities and recommend processes for future improvements.Administer on-going stock processes on grants, vests, forfeiture, distribute communications and promptly maintain records to the corresponding systems. Prepare on-going and annual stock activity reporting, perform record validation to ensure accuracy across multiple platforms and recommend best practices for process improvements.HR Information Systems:Monitor HRIS mailbox on business requests with prompt response/follow-ups, maintain Workday updates following such as changes to Sup-Org, location, Service date, etc., distribute Workday tasks/documents on activities such as Employee Handbook acknowledgement, legal documents, etc.Execute assigned test scenarios for recommended configuration changes; Create and process Workday EIBs for mass data uploads.Provide reporting and system support on other HR systems including iCims, SendWordNow, Culture Amp, etc. Develop and maintain documentation on HRIS processes and Job Aids, provide training on system processes to end users.What YOU will bring to C&F:A bachelors degree is required3+ years of experience in HR Information Systems or Business Analytics & Information Systems, 2+ Years Work experience with Workday in a HRIS or Reporting Role is preferred.Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and ability to synthesize information and data from a variety of sources.Learning agility and flexibility to shift focus based on current priorities.Advanced Excel skills (nested if statements, experience building Excel templates) is required, knowledge of Access, Tableau preferred#LI-MS#LI-HYBRIDWhat C&F will bring to you:Competitive compensation packageGenerous 401K employer matchEmployee Stock Purchase plan with employer matchingGenerous Paid Time OffExcellent benefits that go beyond health, dental & vision. Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $80,000 to a maximum of $110,000. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employees contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
