The Business Product Management Specialist, within Global People Product is a critical role responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the product roadmap for Engage Me within People Products. The perfect candidate is curious, results-oriented, and adept at analyzing data. The perfect candidate puts the People of ServiceNow, which include 23,500-plus employees, contingent workers, managers, leaders, partners, and customers, at the center of everything we do. Responsibilities include:
Partner closely with the 4ITB team to support development of product strategy and vision, business requirements, UAT, product planning, roadmap and prioritization, tracking of success metrics and product marketing.
Support the Business Product Manager on championing the business, translating business strategy into business case, value definition and initial requirements for new products and enhancements.
Support the Business Product Manager on identifying and reconciling roadmap dependencies and prioritizing opportunities to align and co-develop solutions in partnership with technology, engineering and UX teams.
Engage in all product development activities, including but not limited to product planning, requirements refinement, tradeoff decisions, development of test plans and success criteria, and all agile ceremonies.
Apply product principles and design thinking to automate processes, innovate on the ServiceNow platform and deliver a simplified and highly-integrated employee experience.

A problem solver with a high degree of detail orientation
Collaborative with the ability to engage and motivate others, synthesize various opinions/inputs and influence/inspire alignment
Analyze, track and manage details, including cases, defects, issues and product enhancements
Qualifications:
Knowledge of HR service delivery across one or more HR lifecycle phases (e.g., benefits and rewards, performance management).
2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills and problem-solving expertise.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate complex subject matter to leadership, peers and other levels in the company.
Well organized and able to manage work requirements to meet deadlines.
