Once hired, we encourage our employees to continue to seek opportunities for advancement and leadership.Responsibilities for Dental Assistants:Coordinate dental services and assist Dentist with patient care, instruments, supplies, documentation and support the function of the dental departmentAssist in documentation and maintenance of all patient dental recordsAssist in triaging and scheduling of all dental sick call requestsPrepare clinic with appropriate instruments and materials for scheduled visitsAssist Dentist during treatment by providing instruments, materials, retraction or suctionMix and fabricate all restorative materialsEnsure all dental equipment properly maintained and functioningSterilize and disinfect equipment and toolsDevelop all routine radiographsQualifications for Dental Assistants:Must have a high school diploma or GED certificateMaintain the proper training and unrestricted certification as a Dental Assistant, with 1 year of dental experience in healthcare preferredA current CPR cardWe know you may have questions before applying.
