Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
to our busy family practice. This is a full-time position with an opportunity for growth. We have a fun, energetic, and cohesive team led by a fantastic team of dentists who have been with our practice for over ten years. Our E DDA-Dental Assistants

Schedule: Monday-Friday with 1 Saturday per month.
Hours: Mon-Thur 8a-5pm
Fr-Sat 8a-2pm
Base Wage:
Working FT up to 40 hours per week, potential earning opportunities from $52,000 to $62,500 in annual rewards, with a starting hourly wage of $30 per hour.
Bonus eligibility:
Up to $2,000 in annual compensation via select bonus programs.
Signing Bonus:
We will provide a $2,000 sign-on bonus as an incentive.
Loyalty Bonus:
As an incentive, you can receive a $5,000 loyalty bonus. * Restrictions apply, and criteria must be met to qualify for this bonus.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist chairsideGenuinely welcome patients into the practice - make them feel at easePrepare patients for treatment, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort are achievedA thorough review and update of the patient's health historySet up and break down of operatoriesSelect and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory dailyPresent and enter treatment plans into DenticonProvide post-operative instructionsSterilization of instruments according to regulationsStocking supplies, ordering supplies, and any additional duties as necessaryAt All Smiles Dental Group, you can provide our patients with the highest standard of care while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
