Primary Job Responsibilities:
Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts
•Reconcile and monitor unbilled Accounts Payable
•Update and maintain lease files
•Update and maintain insurance files, including prepaids
•Assist branch auditors as requested
•Assist with entering and reviewing fixed assets
•Other duties as assigned
Required Experience and Skills:
•Sophomore, Junior or Senior actively enrolled in a 4-year college accounting program that has taken intermediate level accounting courses.
•Strong personal computer, Outlook, and Excel skills
•Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
