Genpact is currently seeking a GCP Data & Analytic Technology Advisor for our growing Google Cloud Advisory practice. A career within Data Advisory services will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations uncover enterprise insights and drive business results using smarter data analytics. We focus on a collection of organizational technology capabilities, including business intelligence, data management, and data assurance that help our clients drive innovation, growth, and change to keep up with the changing nature of customers and technology. You will assist clients in defining their data, analytics, and AI needs, and migrating them to a modern cloud data environment using Google Cloud
Responsibilities
•A senior leader building and deepening the Advisory offering on Data and Analytics Strategy
•Work with C levels of fortune 1000 organizations to educate and strategize on the reframing of the data paradigm
•Lead from the front driving Google Cloud Data, analytics, and AI pursuits
•Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions
•Support business development efforts by participating in proposal development, sales pursuits, and client presentations
•Expand the footprint of data and analytics in Genpact's client context
•Drive consulting and transformational engagements using data as the pivot, leading to augmented intelligence (AI and ML) and advanced analytics
•Coordinate and interact with Genpact's domain service lines, functional and digital product offerings to deliver differentiated business impact
•Define value propositions and positioning strategies for AI products and services to differentiate them in the market
•Drive lead generation activities through targeted marketing campaigns, partnerships, and networking efforts
•Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure customer success with AI solutions
•Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with technology providers, resellers, and industry influencers to expand market reach and drive revenue growth
Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / Skills
•Relevant years of experience focused on data warehousing and business intelligence.
•Proven Experience working with CIO/ Chief Data / Analytics officers to shape data strategy, implementation and build of data platforms on newer tech stack on the cloud.
•Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:
a.Understanding and experience with modern cloud data architectures and engineering for one or more of the following cloud providers - GCP, AWS, snowflake, Azure;
b.Leading multiple engagements to design and develop data solutions using data modelling techniques (such as file based, normalized or denormalized, star schemas, schema on read, Vault data model, graphs) for mixed workloads, such as OLTP, OLAP, streaming using any formats (structured, semi-structured, unstructured);
c.Implementing cloud data solutions in the context of business applications, cost optimization, client's strategic needs and future growth goals as it relates to becoming a 'data driven' organization;
d.Hands on experience with modern cloud data warehouse and engineering for one or more of the following cloud providers - GCP (Big Query, Vertex, Cognitive Services), Snowflake, Azure (Synapse, Dynamo, Cosmos, Azure ML, Power BI), AWS (Redshift, Sage maker), Tableau;
Possessing a certification(s) in one of the following is a big plus - GCP/AWS/Azure/ data or ML engineering.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•Understanding and familiarity with one or more is a big plus - CI/CD, cloud devops, containers (Kubernetes/Docker, etc.), Python/Py Spark/JavaScript;
•Understanding or knowledge in SQL, report generation using visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI, programming using Python/Spark;
