Job Summary
The Private Equity Analytics Senior Analyst is focused on overseeing client deliverables in LP Analyst's private asset monitoring business including portfolio analytics and custom client reports and plays a key role in helping the firm's clients achieve success:
Responsibilities and DutiesOverseeing and developing a team of analysts working on client deliverablesManaging and monitoring the timely and accurate delivery of client dashboard analytics and reporting deliverables for your team and your clientsServing as project manager for multiple engagements with institutional investor clientsOverseeing production and development of client-specific reporting and dashboard analyticsDeveloping relationships with clients and collaborating to better serve unique needsCoordinating with clients and private asset managers to collect relevant dataWorking across Private Asset strategies including: Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Real Asset, Infrastructure and CreditQualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, math or other related field (though other majors will be considered)1-3 years of financial services experienceStrong Excel skills (advanced formulas and functions)Exceptionally high attention to detail when managing and analyzing large data setsStrong organization skills regarding managing a team with multiple prioritiesPower BI proficiency a plusAbility to work as part of a growing team to constantly implement and improve process and technologyHigh self-motivation with ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines and seek additional leadership rolesExcellent written / verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to deliver feedback and provide mentorship to less experienced team membersPositive attitude, energy and overall enthusiasm for learning about private assets and financial analyticsWhy LP Analyst?
