The Paint Prepper at Sheridan Auto Group is responsible for preparing vehicles for the painting process. This includes cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming vehicles to ensure a smooth paint application. The Paint Prepper will work closely with the Paint team member(s) to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety guidelines.Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare vehicle surfaces for paintingSand and mask vehicles to create smooth surfacesApply primers to vehicle surfacesAssist painters with paint mixing and preparationFollow safety procedures and guidelinesMaintain a clean and organized work areaRequirements:Prior experience as a Paint Prepper or in a similar roleStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a teamGood physical stamina and dexterityKnowledge of automotive painting techniques and materialsBasic understanding of safety protocols in the automotive industryBenefits:
