This candidate should possess advanced skills and experience:
10+ years of current public accounting experienceExperience in corporate, partnership and individual taxationResearch and analysis capabilitiesOutstanding client service traitsManagement of multiple engagements and relationshipsDemonstrate effective oral and written communication skillsAptitude to work effectively with and lead othersCreative thinker with problem solving abilityStrong organizational and planning skillsAbility to anticipate clients' needs and expectationsKnowledge and emphasis on technology and automationBusiness development and networkingCurrent Ohio CPA licenseInternational tax a plus
