Job Description :

The Help Desk Technician will provide critical technical support to end-users, ensuring the effective operation of systems, software, and hardware. This role involves responding to user inquiries, diagnosing technical issues, and delivering timely solutions to both office-based and remote employees. The technician will troubleshoot problems related to network connectivity, system performance, software applications, and other IT-related concerns.

Responsibilities :•Respond to and resolve end-user inquiries and technical issues.•Troubleshoot network connectivity, system performance, software, and hardware problems.•Perform imaging of PCs and issue necessary equipment to employees.•Provide support for internal applications and assist with mobile devices and VoIP phone systems.•Offer general troubleshooting for reported hardware and software issues.•Log and track issues using an ITSM ticketing system, escalating complex problems when needed.•Assist with new equipment setup, manage inventory, and maintain user accounts.•Document procedures and maintain accurate records of issues and solutions.

Required Skills:•Minimum of 3 years of experience in a help desk role.•Proficient in supporting Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.•Experience with KACE ITSM system and SmartDeploy/PDQ suite of products.•Familiarity with supporting Citrix and Microsoft M365 environments.•Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.•Technical proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.•Ability to handle multiple user requests efficiently and resolve them promptly.•Experience working with a variety of IT equipment, mobile devices, and VoIP systems.•Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.• Available Benefits:•Medical Benefits (Platinum level plans available)•Work from home / Hybrid / Onsite options•PTO•Holiday Pay•VTO•401K•Charitable Match•Training reimbursement
