In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and advisory services. Oversee the preparation and review of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.2. Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies for clients.3. Manage and coordinate tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.4. Provide tax advisory services, including advising on the tax implications of business decisions and transactions.5. Conduct detailed tax research to stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and provide guidance to clients and team members.6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of tax considerations into business operations.7. Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted tax legislation to determine the potential impact on clients.8. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree in Taxation or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax role, with a focus on corporate tax, tax planning, and compliance.3. In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex tax concepts.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues in a clear and concise manner.6. Proven experience in managing multiple client engagements and deadlines.7. Proficiency in tax software and technology tools.8. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.9. High level of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.10.
