Join the Everest 2025 Summer Internship Program! This is an exciting opportunity to receive exposure to the world of Property & Casualty Reinsurance and Insurance through dynamic training, firsthand business experience, and networking with the industry's leading experts and experienced professionals. Throughout the Program, you can expect to build upon the academic foundations you have established at school and apply your learning to real world scenarios.
The Program will run for 10 weeks: June 2 - August 8, 2025

Your Impact & Opportunity
As an Intern, you will be placed in one of our dynamic lines of business within Insurance or ReinsuranceYou will support our casualty and property teams in the day-to-day underwriting process as well as meet with brokers as part of the overall internshipAssist in the pre-qualification of deals and providing summary to underwriting team to help with submission flowAssist in classifying all submissions received, quoted, declined etc. from our tracker for reporting and data analyticsShadow underwriters - Information gathering and exposure analysisMonitor rate change reports and similar account tracking reportsParticipate in leader led events, collaborate on cross-functional group projects, and engage in growth developmental activitiesWhat You Bring: Experience & Qualifications
You are a junior pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited college/universityProficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially ExcelExcellent analytical, organizational, communication and collaboration skillsLeadership or involvement in extracurricular activities, campus clubs/organizations, your community, etc.Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment while managing multiple projects and prioritiesEverest does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
