We are currently recruiting for a

2nd Shift CNC Operator .

CNC Operator Job Duties Include:

Run and set-up machinesOperate numerical, controlled lathes or machining centers to perform simple repetitive rough turning, boring, facing, and threadingRead and interpret blue printsSelects tools and holders, installs appropriate fixtures or other holding devices and aligns and sets stops to complete set-up of machinesSets feeds and speeds in accordance with machinability of material and finish requirements as specified or directedLoads and unloads machine manually and checks product with appropriate measuring tools and gaugesObserves machine to detect faulty operationCleans, oils, and lubricates machine and makes minor adjustments and repairs as requiredRequirements

CNC Operator Qualifications Include:

High school diploma or GEDOne to three years related experienceAbility to read blueprintsGauging knowledgeMazak and Mazatrol preferredBasic math skillsAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 poundsAvailable to work Monday - Thursday, 3:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.Benefits Conval offers include, but are not limited to:
