Financial Advisor - Service and Planning Focus

As a

Service and Planning Financial Advisor

with Vantage Point Financial, you will serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients helping guide them through the Vantage Point Experience with expertise and dedication. Your primary focus will be on leading and empowering clients, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and delivering personalized financial planning to help clients live a life beyond what they thought possible because they deserve it!

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in task prioritization and time management. They should demonstrate self-motivation and a commitment to follow through, along with confidence, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to articulate financial products confidently in various settings. The candidate should be comfortable engaging with clients, both new and existing, to showcase and sell products while adhering to office protocols and maintaining client confidentiality. A keenness to collaborate within a team environment, along with a desire for mentorship and professional development, is highly valued. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance frameworks effectively.

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly

As a

Service and Planning Advisor,

you will pursue this mission through the following duties and responsibilities:•Effectively oversee an existing portfolio of clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.•Cultivate client connections in collaboration with the lead advisor team and associate advisors.•Support lead advisors in client and prospect interactions, including meeting preparation, meeting execution, meeting not summaries, and client follow-up.•Assist in the formulation and implementation of financial plans and strategies for both current and prospective clients.•Ensure seamless handling of client transactions, inquiries, and concerns to maintain concierge-level service standards.•Foster strong working relationships with team members and internal departments to deliver exceptional client service.•Document and maintain records of all client and prospect communications.•Participate in client sales events and informational sessions as required.•Actively participate in pre and post-client meeting support for the Advisor Team.•Conduct thorough research and problem-solving to address client issues effectively.•Prepare various reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis for Financial Advisor(s) and office use.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:• At least 5+ years of experience

in roles such as Associate Financial Advisor, Financial Consultant, or similar in the financial services sector.•A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.•Proficiency in CRM software/database management (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail, Advyzon, etc.)•Comfortable and adept with digital tools for onboarding and servicing.•Experience with financial planning software (e.g., RetireUp, Right Capital, eMoney, Money Guide Pro, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:•SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) Certification is a plus.•FINRA Series 65 Securities Licensing (Must be Active & in good standing) is a plus.•Life & Health Insurance Licensing is a plus.•Current CFP or current CFP Candidate In-Process is a plus.
