Financial Restructuring Group

Scope

Financial Restructuring hires new Financial Analysts to work specifically with the group, assisting with a variety of transactions, including creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed mergers & acquisitions. The group offers a unique opportunity for Financial Analysts to work on projects that provide exposure to various financial advisory and investment banking products and industries.

ResponsibilitiesAdvising clients in out-of-court and Chapter 11 restructuringsDebt and equity financingsDistressed M&A advisory servicesSpecial-situation principal investingParticipating in complex negotiation on behalf of our clientsFinancial Analysts are typically members of deal teams comprising at least one Managing Director, Vice President, Associate, and Financial Analyst.

Basic Qualifications

A B.A./B.S./B.B.A. in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Applied Economics is required, as is course work in accounting and finance.6+ months relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications

Strong financial and computer skills, as well as a fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications, are recommended.Candidates must possess a demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff, strong analytical abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range

Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:

$105,000.00-$125,000.00

Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
