Golin is looking for a VP, Influencer to a rock star team of digital strategists, creatives, creators, and analysts to drive best-in-class influencer campaigns and strategies. You'll counsel and partner with clients and work with your team to drive integrated influencer programming that is high-touch and high-tech and drives ROI. You'll be their eyes and ears on how to maximize and optimize their content and storytelling and counsel on integration across owned, earned and paid. As part of our agency's influencer counsel, you'll keep teams and clients up to speed on the latest trends and provide proactive ways to integrate into their marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do:Work in close collaboration with integrated Golin team leaders including account leadership, earned, strategy and creative to deliver best-in-class social media and influencer strategy and workBuildand optimize strategic influencer strategies to align with clients goals and objectivesFoster and maintain productive and influential client relationships and provide strong counsel to clients on best practicesIdentify solutions and work with teams and independently to drive client success and grow relationshipsExperience executing brand-level influencer marketing strategies and ability to communicate them with complete digital fluenceServe as expert in fully integrated public relations and digital / social programCultivate a culture of support, growth and partnership among teamServe as an ambassador of Golin's capabilities as it relates to organic and new business opportunitiesTake a leadership and highly visible role in business growth and targeting effortsManage financials, including budgets and billing, projections and staffingLeadership experience as a people manager, collaborator, and advocate, a voice for the team and your direct reportsWhat You Have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field with 10-12 years of experience driving and executing digital / social media / influencer marketing campaignsPassion for client service and an ability to juggle multiple projects and changing prioritiesExperience managing and leading an account team and working with large fully integrated teamsExcellent verbal, written, presentation and problem-solving skillsAbility to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiativesPoise and calm under pressure and a desire to immerse yourself in a client's business to become a true partnerConfidence when presenting no matter the size of the group or situationA solutions-oriented mindset
Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
Salary range:
$120,000 - $219,000
