Responsibilities:Manage the restaurant's daily operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experienceLead with the recruitment of team members. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environmentPromptly and efficiently resolving all customer inquiries to satisfactionDevelop and implement financial and operational strategies to help achieve and exceed financial goalsMaintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for customersKey Requirements:
3+ years General Manager restaurant experience, italian restauranant experience an asset.Strong people management and development skillsGenuine passion for the restaurant industry and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences to customers
