KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PERFORM FULL CREDIT ANALYSIS, INCLUDING COMPANY BUSINESS MODEL, FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE, INDUSTRY DYNAMICS AND FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS INCLUDING SENSITIVITY ANALYSISEVALUATE POTENTIAL TRANSACTIONS IN ADHERENCE WITH OUR Client's RISK APPETITE & UNDERWRITING POLICIESMEET REGULARLY WITH BUSINESS OFFICERS TO DISCUSS POTENTIAL DEALS IN THE PIPELINEMAINTAIN ORDER & ATTENTION TO DEADLINES TO ENSURE ASSIGNMENTS ARE SUBMITTED & COMPLETE IN A TIMELY MANNERMAKE PRESENTATIONS TO SR. MANAGEMENT AND CREDIT COMMITTEE REGULARLYPROACTIVE APPROACH TOWARDS COMPANY'S GOALSQualifications:
MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE CREDIT UNDERWRITING IN CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL BANKINGBACHELORS DEGREE IN FINANCE, ECONOMICS, ACCOUNTING OR RELATED FIELDCANDIDATE MUST BE HIGHLY ANALYTICAL CAPABLE OF IDENTIFYING CREDIT-RELEVANT INFORMATION FROM VARIOUS SOURCES AND ORGANIZE & PRESENT IT IN A CONCISE MANNER.STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLSCAPACITY TO WORK INDEPENDENT AND W/0 DAILY SUPERVISIONCANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO EXPLAIN THE MERITS OF A TRANSACTION AS WELL AS THE WEAKNESSES AND ITS MITIGATING FACTORSMETICULOUS ATTENTION TO DETAILSPROFICIENCY IN EXCEL, WORD AND POWER POINT; ABILITY TO CONSTRUCT BORROWING BASE MODELSPROVEN ABILITY TO TAKE INITIATIVE, MEET DEADLINES AND TAKE OWNERSHIP OF TASKS
