Creighton University Medical Center is in search of additional 3-6 FTE beginning June and ongoing. CRNA's with ability to be flexible with schedules preferred.

Schedule/Availability Requirements:Would prefer a mix of 10 hour coverage (0630-1700 / 0700-1730) and 8 hour coverage (0630-1500 / 0700-1530)Details:

Setting: 187 bed Level 1 Trauma / Academic Center, 9 ORs in main, 3 endoscopy suites, 2 EP Lab / TEE / Neuro IR/ Bronch / MRI LinesFTE: 3-6EMR - EPICTeam based practice with excellent support from current clinicians.

What are the types of cases and type of supervision? At CUMC we have a variety of cases. They will be involved in general, urology, trauma, neuro, gyn, gyn-onc, ortho, ortho trauma, gen EP, GI. We run a team model with an anesthesiologist working with up to 4 CRNAs. Collegial atmosphere. Great department morale. Imc, Mercy have bread and butter cases w a emphasis on spine , bariatric and ortho.Is the facility open to an on/off schedule? How flexible would they be with coverage dates? We are open to an on off schedule but consistently need the numbers given until we hire FTEs.Credentialing Information:

Strict adherence to these guidelines will allow for the fastest path to getting your providers accepted. To process the best presentations, Account Coordinators and Account Managers will kickback presentations that do not include the information below (if it has not been discussed already). If you are unable to include something in the presentation, detail why and the plan to get it sent over. Account Managers and Account Coordinators will take this into account as they review the presentation, though they still reserve the right to redirect it back to the vendor if they deem it necessary.

Trio Submission requirements- the following must be updated in Trio
