In this role, you have the opportunity to ensure the quality of our products meets the high demand requirements of the aerospace industry. Position supports incoming inspection, in-process, and final inspection. Generating non-conforming material records in our Manufacturing Execution System. Perform incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection to ensure that company standards are met.You are responsible forPerform inspection of product/subassemblies to requirements as specified in documentation during incoming, in-process, and final inspectionPerform inspection of PCBA, fabricated mechanical parts, and cables but not limited to visual and dimensional inspection.Perform inspection of purged product as requested.Enter inspection results into manufacturing execution system.Generate non-conformance/defect reports as requiredPerform first article inspections to support the component/part qualificationBe able to read and interpret specifications and part printsPerform other miscellaneous duties as assignedComply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation.Enforcing FOE/FOD, ESD and Calibration protocols.Communicates and assists in the resolution of quality related problems.Performing a variety of Quality Assurance related tasks in support of engineering and operations

Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentKnowledge of PCBA inspection and IPC-A-610 certification or previous is requiredExperience with Cable Inspection, certification or previous to IPC-A-620 a plus2+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environmentExperience working in an ISO-9001 and/or AS9100 Quality System environmentGood written and verbal communication skillsMust be detail oriented, have good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Ability to work with little instruction on daily workKnowledge of powerpoint, excel, word, outlook

PreferredKnowledge of plating and conversion coating specifications a plusKnowledge of Aegis Factory LogixExperience working in aerospace/defense industry
