AVP, Equity Compensation/Partnership Analyst

Location:

New York, NY, 3 days a week in office

Responsibilities:

The AVP is a key member of the equity & partnership team supporting data management, reporting, process documentation, communications, and problem resolution. This person will work closely with the Partnerships team to support the current processes and assist in documenting new procedures as we migrate systems. This position requires very strong computer skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, ability to process a large volume of transactions, critical thinking to understand a very complex partnership structure, and working in a team environment.

Handle technical testing on firms' Oracle database and client/partner portal to develop and streamline efficiency before implementationDocument procedures for use by team and business partnersAble to handle various ad hoc, impromptu projects assigned by senior managementQualifications:

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required

Hybrid Working -

We are currently operating a hybrid model for our shared services employees (including this role). We anticipate continuing these arrangements for the foreseeable future with periodic review. Hybrid for Cantor Fitzgerald & its affiliates across the working week, means three days office based and two days remote.

Salary:

$60,000 - $65,000

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $65,000. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
