Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Prepare and finish wood and metal products using various techniques
•Work with a variety of finishes to achieve high quality results
•Perform touch up and repairs
•Help maintain and perform maintenance on finishing equipment
•Assist with formulating stains, dyes and pigments
•Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by management
Requirements
Handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and urgencyExperience in a wood or metal finishing environmentExperience with sanding and painting using lacquer, urethane, waterborne, and polyester finishesExperience painting with a variety of spray equipmentAttention to detailBasic knowledge of measuring and calculatingKnowledge of fixture assembly and constructionAbility to read construction and assembly drawingsUnderstand and meet Client quality expectationsWork in accordance with all Company and regulatory safety requirementsWillingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environmentPosture/Movements
