Here at Leesburg Family Smiles, our experienced, professional team provides top-quality dental care to families throughout the area. We are proud to have served Leesburg and Purcellville for over 40 years. Our practice is unique because of our focus on prevention and health. Our holistic approach emphasizes the cause of disease, not just the effects. We do this because we want our patients to be free from dental pain, disease and enjoy overall health.Responsibilities:$500 SIGN ON BONUS!As a dental assistant, you play an important role in our office and perform limited clinical duties under the direction of a dentist. Clinical duties may include equipment preparation and sterilization, preparing patients for treatment, assisting the dentist during treatment, and providing patients with instructions for oral healthcare procedures. May perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, billing, and coding information for insurance purposes.Qualifications:X-ray certification required.Nitrous oxide certification preferred but not required.Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, BLS and infection control training as required by law.Experience with Open Dental preferred but not required.High school diploma or equivalent.Endo,Implant and Perio experience is a plus.
