Position: AFSIM Analyst (Mid to Senior Level)
Location: Pentagon, Arlington, VA
Overview:
Group W, Inc., an employee-owned company, is seeking an experienced and resourceful AFSIM (Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling) Analyst to perform analysis, modeling, and simulation of US military planning activities. The successful individual should be proficient with mission and engagement-level models, simulations, and other operations research techniques.
Requirements:Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibilityU.S. CitizenshipBachelor's degree from an accredited university in physics, mathematics, engineering, or an applied science discipline.2 + years' experience with AFSIMPreferred:
5+ years' experience performing campaign/mission modeling and analysis using models such as EADSIM, AFSIM, or SUPRESSORPrior military experience or analysis conducted at the theater or joint task force level conducting planning or performing operational assessmentsFamiliarity with theater OPLANs and/or Defense Planning ScenariosResponsibilities:
Employ in-depth knowledge of modeling/operations research techniques to inform a variety of analyses and wargamesApplies skills to solve highly complex problems using statistical analysis, parametric and non-parametric analysis, computer modeling, simulation, and regression analysisServes as an analyst responsible for developing and executing analytical models and methods that support warfighting analyses at the engagement levelDevelops and executes mission-level representations and analyses of US, allied, and adversary forces executing warfighting concepts of operationAdvises other operations research analysts, scientists, or engineers on techniques best suited for tasked problemsSupports pre-and post-wargame analysis using AFSIMBenefits:

Salary: $115,000 to $160,000
