Manager, Global Consumer Insights

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and driven Global Consumer Insights Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Global Consumer Insights Director, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and market research providers to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting global insights activities, as well as assisting various Countries in their insight's initiatives.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with market research agencies using qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to design and conduct research plans, customer surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other research activities as required.
- Support managing end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research projects conducted in-house: take research briefings, develop questionnaires/discussion guides, program the surveys on data collection platforms/conduct the interviews, analyze the data, and prepare comprehensive reports outlining key insights.
- Analyze consumer data, including market trends, customer behaviors, and preferences, to generate insights and translate into actions that inform business strategies and product development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics to provide proactive insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate global insights activities and ensure effective communication and alignment across regions.
- Support multiple Countries in their consumer insights efforts, providing guidance, data analysis, and actionable recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations, summarizing research findings.
Skills: - Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and stakeholders.
- Agile, creative and with a collaborative mindset. Building trust and partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences in an easy to understand and actionable way.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related roles. Preferably from a market research agency background.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work across different time zones, as needed.
- CPG background, preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint as well as market research tools and software, with experience in Qualtrics being highly desirable.
