Essential Functions:
Assist DOF with GL monthly closings and financial report preparation.Prepare bank reconciliations.Prepare and post journal entries.Analyze and reconcile General Ledger accounts.Maintain prepaid and accrued expense schedules.Close Fixed Assets and Construction in Progress monthly.Provide backup for Accounts Payable and post Cash deposits.Process construction draw requisitions.Prepare reports required under bond agreements.Aid in budget preparation and reporting.Generate monthly and quarterly analytic reports and periodic regulatory reports.Assist in preparing required tax filings.Special projects as needed assigned by the CFO and DOF.Requirements:
BS/BA in Accounting or FinanceMinimum 5 years' general accounting experienceExperience in healthcare or hospitality setting, desirableProficient in MS Office, including ExcelStrong interpersonal abilitiesDynamic written and verbal communication skillsProven problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer:
