THE JOB:

As a Sound and Audio Technician at Aria, you will play a crucial role in delivering seamless audio experiences by performing routine checks, troubleshooting issues, and handling complex installations and upgrades. Your expertise will help create an exceptional environment for both our guests and staff creating

STARTING PAY RATE:

$34.80

THE DAY-TO-DAY:Conduct property tours and monitor all systems to ensure they are functioning correctlyPerform quality control checks on audio-visual (A/V) systems to confirm they are operating effectivelyRespond to service requests from various departments promptlyExecute preventive maintenance on A/V equipment and systems to ensure optimal performanceTroubleshoot A/V systems and identify any potential issuesRepair and maintain electronic equipment, including audio, video, sound, and projection systemsAssist with the installation and upgrade of complex A/V systems, including audio, video, projection, automated controls, switching, and distribution systemsKeep detailed records of system service activities and maintain personal daily work logsWHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Three (3) years of prior experience in the Audio/Visual (A/V) fieldExperience with Electronic Theater Control Lighting SystemsMust be 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma, GED or educational equivalentMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidaysTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Five (5) years of prior experience in the Audio/Visual (A/V) fieldA Creston CertificateExperience working with: London Architect, System Architect, Brooke Siren Systems (BSS), Audio ArchitectExperience working with digital, analog, audio and video processing systemsExperience working with Master Antenna Television (MATV), Cable Antenna Television (CATV), Digital Music Express (DMX), or Digital Satellite System (DSS) signal distribution systemsExperience working with fiber optics, Media Matrix audio systems and audio/video signal distribution systemsExperience working with sound system design or installation Experience working with NEXSYS, CobraNet, 70V, AMX, Creston or another control systemExperience working with large screen projection systems, small screen projection systems, video walls, and kiosksKnowledgeable of technical troubleshooting skillsMaintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standardsExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsTHE PERKS & BENEFITS:
