We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the LA Clippers team. If you have a degree in accounting or similar, are proficient with Excel, and have experience working in Microsoft Dynamics GP/Dynamics 365, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for reporting and processing transactions relating to F&B, concessions, and retail business, preparing general ledger entries, participating in month-end and annual close, and more.

To be highly considered, you should have knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP), have high proficiency in Excel, some experience working with Microsoft Dynamics GP/Dynamics 365 and be able to accurately key in information. You should also possess excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

What You Will Do

Process transactions and manage the reporting for F&B and concessionsAssist with Retail-related business activities and reportingProvide support for Concert-related business activities and reportingPost entries to general ledger accounting system and perform account analysis on general ledger accountsIdentify, correct, and report errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reportsPerform all work in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Assist in the reconciliation of balance sheet accountsCross-train with other members of the Accounting team to provide backup coverage and for career development purposesProtect the organization's value by keeping information confidentialYour Background, Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting from a four-year college or university.In-depth working knowledge of Excel. Prior knowledge of or experience working with Microsoft Dynamics GP and ticketing software is preferred.Previous experience in sports, concerts, or entertainment preferred.Good judgment and decision-making skills.High level of personal integrity and professional ethics.Flexible and adaptable to changing business conditions.Able to work well in a team environment.Ability to solve practical problems in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution.Willingness to learn and should be able to flourish in a high growth, dynamic environment.Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written.Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business.Well organized and able to multi-task, with a strong attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of contacts, including senior management and business associates.About Intuit Dome:

Opening in August 2024, Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and will host hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built differentit will redefine fans' expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.

Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game and Olympic Basketball in 2028, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.

CompensationThe range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The role is classified as exempt.Benefits and Perks
