? :What youll do as a Senior AccountantManage the accurate and timely generation and submission of all sales invoices and monitor subsequent accounts receivable collectionTrack region wide spending through the Purchase Order process including the review and approval of all accounts payablePrepare month end sales and expense accruals as part of monthly close processReview weekly cost analysis reports and payroll for accuracyReconcile A/R payments from vendors for proper cash applicationPrepare all weekly and monthly operational reports for distribution and review with managementAssist in the preparation of monthly detailed financial forecastsTravel to field offices to review operations and operational reports with local managementWork with Controller to maintain and review all general ledger accounts and month end accrualsAssist in the preparation of monthly system financial statements for review, while being able to explain changes in revenue and expense accountsIND1? :What youll needTo be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyBachelor's degree in Accounting or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience requiredIn depth knowledge of Profit & Loss, budgeting and financial analysisEffective oral and written communication skillsAdvance working experience in Microsoft and GoogleAbility to compose effective and efficient reports and correspondenceSelf-starter with strong organizational and problem solving skillsFlexible team player, willing to travel when needed
