We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional, experienced administrative assistant with training in a wide range of office administration tasks. The administrative assistant can work under pressure and collaborate with a team. The administrative assistant works closely with EUV leadership and is responsible for providing administrative support of all EUV system projects in North America, to include but not limited to payroll, expense reporting, planning, hospitality, badging, general facility management. This position reports to Head of Project Coordination USA and is in Phoenix, AZ.

Administrative Assistant Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with employee timecards using ADPReview employee expense reports using CERTIFYSpecial projects, which includes extensive utilization of MS office suiteCollaborate with coworkers to rectify issues, e.g. assist in opening IT tickets, company directory questions, etc.General planning support

Installation scheduling changes in scheduling dashboardDocument filings / uploadsSpecial / team event planningSupport with schedule and dispatching service missions using proprietary softwareTracking of training statuses, badging procurement, and expiration in collaboration with EHS and management

Enter purchase orders and sales orders in SAPAssist with onboarding and orientation checklistAssist Training department if needed with training material production and assembly, filing, etc.Take meeting minutes and send out follow up communications via email or another electronic written formatTravel

Two-year Associates Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent combination of training and experience1-3 years previous experience in office administration1- 2 years SAP experience required1 year ADP experience preferredCERTIFY experience preferredAttention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsVerbal and written communication skillsOrganizational, multitasking and time management skillsMicrosoft Office; Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, and operating office equipment experience
