YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Sidel Is looking for a highly motivated Accountant to be responsible for quality and accuracy of financial data, who can effectively analyze and explain financial results to management successfully support Finance Manager in daily, monthly, and quarterly duties
YOUR MISSION
Month-End Close
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and analysisIdentify errors in financials and make appropriate correcting journal entriesInter-company billingsReport weekly sales of spare partsRecord monthly recurring journal entriesCalculate, review, and record work-in-progress inventoryMake entries for inventory obsolescence provisionsPrepare monthly sales and margin uploadsPrepare monthly inventory reportsManage new assets and monthly depreciationManage new vendor setup and changesInput non-productive hoursOther Responsibilities:
Assist with budget preparation and revised forecastsSupport audit schedules as neededPerform all other accounting duties as assigned by the Accounting ManagerSupport Treasury as neededYOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required3+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience is required. Manufacturing experience preferredProven ability to manage time and work in team environmentStrong verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to meet deadlines and multi-taskAbility to interface with all levels of the organizationHigh level of proficiency in Excel and good working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and AccessExperience in SAP is preferredAble to work independently and productively from home as required
