Swiss Lathe Machinist
to set up and run our Citizen Swiss and Samsung lathes .Job Responsibilities:Read and interpret blue prints, work instructions and other engineering information to determine the machining process and sequence of operationsMeasure dimensions and tolerances using hand measuring toolsMachine parts to specifications on a 7 axis Citizen Swiss Lathe or Lathe with Live ToolingSet Up and adjust holding fixtures, machine tools, and work material in accordance with work instructionsCheck and maintain machine cutting tools for adequacy in operationCalculate and monitor speed and feeds of the machineEnsure work pieces are properly lubricated and cooled during the machining processConduct proper inspection of first-run and in-process partsPerform accurate record keeping - log information on scrapped parts and complete production routers accordinglyJob Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentProficient in blueprint reading and GD&T5+ years experience as Swiss CNC and Lathe (live tooling) Machinist requiredRead and understand G and M codesAbility to set-up and machine a variety of componentsRead and understand machine programming codeSet up live tooling without supervisionBENEFITS INCLUDE:Medical, dental and vision insuranceCompany-paid life insurance401(k) Plan with a generous Company matchPaid holidays, vacation and PTOVariety of optional benefits (FSA, AFLAC, etc.)…And more!Manufacture a great career with Dynomax
