Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 per year

We're a General Contractor specializing in high-end, luxury single family homes in the San Fransisco area servicing the wine country to the peninsula. We've been extremely fortunate to have grown our business 5 times the size since 2015.

Due to our growth and a full pipeline of projects we have an opening for a Senior Project Manager building luxury single family homes $3M - $15M+

• Must have experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager working on luxury single family homes $3M+
• Understand, plan, and review the construction program including plan layout, equipment and manpower needs, budget, and schedule; making sure the project is completed in a timely manner.
• Daily review of projects and compliance with plans using detailed record keeping. Maintain detailed and accessible records and follow through on all requests and commitments.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and positive work environment.
• Prepare weekly schedules.
• Scheduling of inspections.
• Approval of work-in-process requests for payment.
• Review of subcontracts, periodic rating of subcontractors, and providing appropriate feedback to trades.
