CMM Programmer
with a keen eye for detail. Dynomax specializes in 3 and 5 axis milling of aerostructures. This is a great opportunity for experienced PC-DMIS CMM Programmer who desires exciting and challenging work to join our 1st Shift manufacturing team.CMM Programmer Responsibilities:The CMM Programmer will be responsible for developing and writing CMM programs to check high precision machined aerospace components; this includes first article programs as well as production inspection programs. He or she will also provide clear feedback to production, engineering and CNC programmers to communicate the inspection results.CMM Programmer Requirements:Min of 5 years in related role with solid experienceAerospace or Medical Industry experience preferredASQ-CQT or AS9100 is helpful to haveThe CMM Programmer will write and edit CMM programs using PC-DMISUtilization of higher level Alignment TechniquesUsing Scanning MethodsAdvanced troubleshooting abilitiesBlueprints, specifications and routers and interpret GD&TUsing micrometers, calipers, height gauges, plug gauges, vision system/compactorsWhat's in it for youA future!
