Quality Manager
to oversee the Dynomax Metal Finishing Quality systems. This position will interface with all levels of the organization regarding customer requirements lead a team to support NADAP accreditation for Dynomax's Metal Finishing operations. Understanding metal finishing manufacturing processes, concepts of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and team work are critical to success in this position.Job Responsibilities:Oversee, maintain, and improve the company's NADCAP accredited Metal Finishing Quality SystemWorks with document users (forms, work instructions, procedures) on improving current documentationAnalyze and recommend appropriate changes of the system procedures to executive managementAssures that Dynomax Metal Finishing documentation complies with respective standardsOversee and champion the Metal Finishing Root Cause and Corrective Action InvestigationsOversee and champion the Metal Finishing Risk Management and Contract Review ProcessesChampion the Metal Finishing Internal audits by working with trained internal auditorsReview of Engineering Process / Quality functionsEnsure that process controls are compliant with standards and specificationsCoordinate and administer third party quality audits, inclusive of schedules, communication, reports and tracking follow-up actionsEstablish department KPIs and metricsReport ongoing activities to Management and keep the company continuous improvement efforts on trackJob Requirements:Knowledge of NADCAP auditing processAdvanced knowledge of NADCAP quality systemsAdvanced knowledge of Aerospace industry quality processesWorking knowledge of Metal Finishing processes, methods and techniques preferredWorking knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing processes, methods and techniques preferredBenefits include:Medical, dental and vision insuranceCompany-paid life insurance401(k) Plan with a generous Company matchPaid holidays, vacation and PTOVariety of optional benefits (FSA, AFLAC, etc.)…And more!Manufacture a great career with DynomaxApply Now!Dynomax provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
