Salary: $150,000 - $215,000 per year

Our company is seeking a seasoned and driven Permanent Director of Finance with a proven track record in financial leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will play a critical role in our continued growth and success. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. You will also be a key member of our senior leadership team, providing strategic input and helping to shape the future direction of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, direct, and manage the company's financial operations and functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury,

and audit.

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the company's overall strategic objectives.
• Lead the preparation of all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor and manage financial risk, including interest rate risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, and auditors.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including financial and tax reporting.
• Develop and implement effective internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
• Lead, manage, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, CPA required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position.
• Previous experience in public accounting.
• Experience with financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, strategic planning and vision, quality management, promoting process

improvement, forecasting, corporate finance, and developing budgets.

• Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Previous experience using NetSuite
