Responsibilities
Classification: Non-Exempt / Non-BargainingPosition may be located remote. #LI-RemoteServing as the central point of contact for all project costing issues for an assigned areaAnalyze data to find issues and recommend solutions or policy changes when applicablePerforming all accounting functions related to capital projects (including review for adherence to capitalization policy, review of project actuals for closing to fixed assets, project status maintenance and reporting)Assisting with period closing processesPerforming capital project aging analysis to ensure timely project closes.Preparing journal entriesPerforming account reconciliationsPreparing audit work papers and schedules, as requiredOther duties specific to Property AccountingWorking Hours - Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Associates degree with 2 - 3 years of related professional experienceSolid knowledge of GAAP and the ability to apply accounting principles to general accounting functionsExperience with month-end close and working with general ledger and subledgersStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of managementExcellent time management and organizational skillsExcellent computer skills, including proficiency with Excel pivot tables and lookupsPeopleSoft experience a plus

Salary
Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $41,998 - $63,660
