ABOUT THE JOB

OneStream is looking for a Senior Business Application Administrator familiar with Financial/GL Applications, an accounting background and in-depth financial application functional knowledge. As a Senior Business Application Administrator, you will be a key member of the team and will be the liaison between the technical and business teams for the Accounting/Finance group. Also, you will work closely with various development and business teams to support system improvement projects. You will manage the requirements, implementation and change management process for all Coupa, Intacct and other financial business systems related changes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities:

Subject matter expert for

Coupa , Intacct and all financial business applications.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business application functionality, software releases, and new design and support implementation of enhancements, as well as the configuration of Intacct to support integrations from third-party source applications and systems.

Setup and configure 3rd party integration tools.

Assist the Accounting/Finance team with financial system upgrades and enhancements, conversions, and supporting system interfaces.

Develop reports and dashboards across all relevant business applications.

Assist with creation of new workflows or modification of existing workflows.

Implement end user training and documentation.

Update, create and assign users and security permissions.

Maintain and modify approval and business processes.

Update vendor, customer or employee information, default dimension data and add custom fields.

Collaborate and partner with different departments to ensure the design and functionality is driving value and efficiency for the organization.

Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex process, functional, and application issues and manage these through to resolution.

Translate business process requirements into technical requirements and communicate to key stakeholders.

Support the optimized use of Intacct's Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Time & Expense and Order Entry Modules by helping to create new or modifying existing workflows.

Design and support implementation of enhancements to the company's existing ERP platform in Intacct, as well as configuration of Intacct to support transaction flow from source applications and systems.

Assist Finance team in financial system upgrades and enhancements, conversions, and supporting system interfaces.

Form and field management.

QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Formal Education and Certification

Minimum expectation of a bachelor's degree OR equivalent education/work experience.

Knowledge and Experience

6+ years of functional experience.

2+ years of systems administrator experience.

Experience with

Coupa , Intacct, Concur, Beanworks, Avalara, CLM and other financial systems applications.

Working experience with and understanding of multi-subsidiary/multi-currency and intercompany transactions.

Experience with integrations to Salesforce, ServiceNow, Etc preferred.

Experience creating custom reports and documents.

General accounting knowledge (GL/AR/AP).

Strong analytical skills and ability to research, simplify, and resolve complex issues.

Deep understanding of customizations and business processes as they relate to our financial systems applications.

Be able to work well in a team, as well as independently.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be proactive and self-motivated.

Communicate effectively and possess interpersonal skills.
