Administrative Coordinator | Investment Banking (DTC) 100% in office.Financial Corporation is seeking an accomplished administrative professional to join the team of Capital Advisors, the firms investment banking group and registered broker/dealer. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, multi-tasking individual who possesses solid administrative and people skills.This full-time opportunity will be based in our tech Center office in Denver, Colorado.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating multiple internal projects and tasks for a diverse group of investment banking professionalsPreparing client-facing memoranda, proposals, large mailings, seminar textbooks, reports and other deliverablesProofreading, editing and formatting documentsPerforming project data entry, tracking and reportingManaging and updating contact listsPlanning onsite and offsite meetings, conference calls and lunchesPerforming deal-specific researchMaintaining electronic data rooms, including granting access, setting permissions and folders, uploading documents and archivingAssisting with FINRA compliance effortsMaintaining contracts, subscriptions, membership and registration renewalsWorking in conjunction with the accounting group to maintain required documentation for annual auditPerforming general office administrative duties including processing expenses and invoices, coordinating staff calendars, scanning documents, faxing, copying and printingPerforming other duties as assignedGrowth within ComplianceQualificationsBachelors or associate degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent number of years of work experience3+ years of experience in an administrative support role or equivalent positionStrong customer service ethic and dedication to high quality work productAbility to thrive with minimal direction and supervisionAbility to maintain confidentialityProven organizational and time management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent written and verbal communication, listening, problem solving, interpersonal and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated maturity and the ability to perform both individually and as a team playerExcellent proofreading, editing, and formatting skillsStrong proficiency in MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Must have 2-3 years of Financial Service background to be considered and be able to work 100% in office.
