Office Clerk

Nesco Resource is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our clients team. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents at the walk-up window, take payments, issue receipts, and distribute permits.
• Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and track follow-up actions.
• Manage issuance and renewals, handle ads, and file paperwork.
• Maintain Workman's Compensation records and property registrations.
• Process tax forms, highway occupancy permits, and maintain baseball lease agreements.
• Track meeting room and pavilion reservations.
• Handle mail, compose letters, and maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems.
• HS diploma required; 2+ years of related experience preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and office equipment.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs).

Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm (Occasional Travel may be required)
Pay: $18/hour
