Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join a client in Raleigh, NC. The Construction Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and review all subcontractor bids.
- Coordinate all pre-bid and site visits with subcontractors.
- Create and distribute Bid Manuals for subcontractor use during the bidding process.
- Create Pricing Books for Preconstruction Manager and Operations Department
- Update and maintain the subcontractor database.
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Serve as a point of contact between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe, Bluebeam.
