Drives the development, implementation and maintenance of relevant business policies and procedures. Works with the Senior Manager, Travel, Expense, and Card to optimize both costs and customer service. Possess strong knowledge of the travel industry, travel agency operations, business travel tools, and processes, with the goal of operating a best in class travel program. Establish benchmarking measurements for travel metrics. Participate in presenting results for travel to upper management and business partners. Liaison for collecting and acting on feedback from the corporate travelers, administrative assistants, and vendors. Participation in company projects/events related to travel.
Job Responsibilities :Primary enterprise SME and contact for program management for Corporate Travel.Provides leadership, forward thinking insights, and guidance, on policy, and travel initiativesStrive to ensure the travel program is current, effective and best in classResponsible for executing the strategy across the company for Corporate TravelBenchmark with peer companies and/or industry associations to keep abreast of new changes, challenges and opportunities; create benchmarking measurements for key metricsProvide insights and execute direction internally and externally to ensure program successUnderstanding to tie initiatives to company goalsContribute to the development and execution of Travel, Expense, and Card department goals and vision.Participation and support as part of the Travel, Expense, and Card teamPrimary operational liaison between third-party travel-related suppliers and the enterprise.Responsible for operational management oversight of the corporate travel agency and the online booking toolParticipates in cross-functional enterprise projects related to travel to ensure appropriate requirements are developed based on a solid understanding of the impacted systems and the transaction flow.Responsible to follow progress of projects and escalate any significant issues to upper management for resolution.Accountable for identifying, communicating and resolving risks and issues impacting financial, customer service, and quality for areas of responsibility.Key point of contact for travelers, administrative assistants, department leadership, and vendors for all matters pertaining to travel.Investigates and resolves business partner issues/problems related to Corporate TravelRepresents Travel in relation to emergency situations including natural disastersPrimary enterprise training Lead for the Corporate TravelOngoing analysis and reporting regarding Corporate TravelEducation:Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Work Experience:4-7 Years: Corporate Travel program management for Fortune100/Enterprise. (Required)2-4 Years: Experience in RFI/RFP and contract negotiations. Base Pay Range: $71,900 - $129,700 Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
