Project Engineer

Industry leader in the Capital Region is looking for an entry-level engineering professional for a Project Engineer opening. This position will allow an individual to learn many facets of their business including design, testing, process, and project management.

• Gather technical data and designs in support of new product introduction
• Work with customers on specific products, project timelines, and design modification
• Help develop test procedures, maintain proper documentation, and help train associates on new processes
• Support sales team on technical documentation for customers
• Manufacture and test lab samples; electrical and mechanical tests
• Special projects as assigned

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
• A year or so of hands on engineering/technician experience; internships will be considered
• Excellent organizational and communicative skills
• Proficiency in MS Office products; any experience with an ERP would be a bonus
