Paint Line operator

Nesco Resource, 14 time winner of the Best in Staffing Award, is looking for a 2nd shift (1:30pm-11pm) Paint Line Operator for a reputable, highly diversified, Best Place in Cleveland to work award winner, full service metal fabrication company on Cleveland's near East side

This is a temp to hire opportunity for the ideal candidate and the starting pay is $16.75/hour.

The Paint Line Operator works in a paint booth for a production line using a 2K wet paint system and apply coatings with all types of spray equipment to meet coverage

Paint the parts and understand the acceptable quality of finish

Be able to mix and spray all products used.

• Review work order to identify job specifications and required materials including protective coatings.
• Locate, count and check the quality of products to be powdered
• Set-up racking according to job schedule.
• Apply protective coatings to products according to job specifications.
• Review completed work to ensure parts meet customer quality requirements.
• Unload parts from racks onto pallets for transport.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Previous powder coating experience
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to accurately read a print/schematic
• Ability to follow and retain instructions
• Work independently as well as on a team.
• Familiarity with hand tools helpful
